Your first question is a good place to begin.
Yes. California car and motorcycle practice each begin with five free tests of 50 questions. The seven CDL endorsement topics each include one free 50-question test. Premium opens all practice tests within the state and category you select. California car and motorcycle are separate subscriptions. For CDL, select the specific topic you want to practice; one topic does not unlock every CDL topic.
Monthly access is US$29.99 per month. Yearly access is US$79.00 paid once per year. Both subscriptions renew automatically at their stated interval. You can manage your subscription in your account.
Best DMV Tests is an independent practice service and is not affiliated with a government agency. These are practice questions, not an official exam. Use your state’s official handbook alongside your practice and check the DMV for current test and application requirements.
Start with one question. Read the explanation, notice what made the other answer seem right, and explain the rule in your own words. Then practice again. Progress starts with understanding something you found difficult—not getting every answer right on your first try.
