- Residency: You have one year from establishing residency to obtain a Wyoming driver license, except for licenses from Georgia, Massachusetts, Michigan, Tennessee, Wisconsin, or Commercial Driver Licenses which require immediate application upon establishing residency

- Other: For intermediate license: 50 hours of supervised driving (including 10 hours at night) required for applicants under 17. Intermediate license holders can obtain full privileges at 16½ if they complete an approved driver education course and hold the intermediate license for six months with no violations.
