General Requirements
- Pass vision test
- Pass written knowledge test
- Pass road skills test
- Residency: Must be a Missouri resident with proof of address such as utility bills
- Parental consent: true
- Other: For learner permit: Must hold permit for 182 days minimum. For intermediate license: Must complete 40 hours of supervised driving (including 10 hours at night), no alcohol-related offenses in last 12 months, no traffic convictions in last 6 months. For full license: Must have valid intermediate license, no alcohol-related offenses or traffic convictions in last 12 months.

- Proof of Social Security Number
